    You can return the items to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund.
  • Can I try an article first?
    No, this is not possible.
  • Will my item be collected or do I have to return it myself?
    Your item will not be collected. After receiving the return instructions, you can return your items via your own preferred transport service.
  • Why haven't I received the full amount for my returned item?
    To receive a full refund, it is important to return your item in its original condition. If the item is not returned to us in its original condition, you will receive a partial refund.
  • Can I exchange my item?
    Exchanges are not possible. You can return the faulty item and place a new order on the website.
  • What are the exceptions for returns?
    Welding helmets and clothing may be tried on. Other items should be returned unused. Welding wire will not be removed from its packaging. For products that are specially made to measure, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Therefore, we cannot take these articles back. This applies, for example, to hoses, which are specially cut to size.
  • Can I return part of my order?
    Yes, you certainly can. You will only receive the purchase price of the returned items, provided they were received in their original condition
