The plasma cutter is ideal for fine gouging. If you discover a lack of fusion in your weld, you can use fine gouging to peel back the weld and repair the defect.
Straightforward plasma cutting
The simple and user-friendly control panel makes it easy to monitor the plasma cutting process. Simply set the current according to the sheet thickness and you’re ready to cut. The Zeta 100 can handle sheets up to 25 mm thick with a high-quality cut. If there are no specific requirements regarding the quality of the cut surface, you can cut sheets that are up to 50% thicker.
Longer service life and optimum operational efficiency
The plasma arc is ignited automatically via the pilot flame. This results in a longer service life for the wear parts in the torch body. Cutting perforated or punched sheets is possible thanks to the advanced technology that allows the machine to switch between the cutting arc and the pilot arc.
The Zeta plasma cutter is equipped with an energy-saving standby function for optimum cutting and working comfort.
