Sigma Core is a simple welder with the core features you need to weld – even at high amperages. It is ideal for welders who demand simplicity in advanced welding. Use it for welding steel structures, prefabrication and thick plates in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
C-L / C-V:
All standard versions include 3 Metre welding torch, 8.5m connecting cable, 3m earth cable with clamp, 2.2m diffusion-free gas hose, wire transport rollers,
handle, torch holder (left), chassis with bottle carrier & chain and LED lighting in the wire case.
S-L / S-V:
All standard versions include 3 Metre welding torch, 1.5m intermediate package with quick coupling, 8.5m connection cable, 3m earth cable with clamp, 2.2m diffusion-free
gas hose, wire transport rollers, handle, torch holder (left), trolley with bottle carrier & chain and LED lighting in the wire case.
Sigma Core C
The Core of Production.

Sigma Core S
This is actually the Hard Core.
This will definitely give you a hard core. It is solid, reliable and absolutely outstanding. It will be everything competent welders ask for. Grab the wire feeder and get away from the power source. Keep productivity at maximum with water-cooled torches and get fully absorbed in the work.
Graphical Control Panel.
The graphical control panel is intuitive to navigate and easy to use for welders and supervisors alike. It will help make your daily work procedures efficient.

This graphical control panel is designed to be easily understood by all users. Welders with limited experience with digital welding machine displays will quickly understand this simple design. It is easy to find and adjust the most important welding settings: amperage, voltage and wire feed speed. Update Via SD Card.
When you want to update your welder, it is performed as a software update via SD card. You can update your machine throughout its lifetime.
Lock Specific Settings.
Use a lock card to lock the control panel on two levels. Lock specific settings to ensure no one makes unnecessary or incorrect adjustments. It ensures that you use the same settings for recurring welds. The lock card is an optional feature.
