The XTM505I operates on 400V three-phase at 50/60Hz. Duty cycle 500A @ 60%, 390A @ 100%.

A compact unit on a handy stand with bottle holder and water cooler. Supplied including separate wiring cabinet with digital colour display in Dutch, French and English. Easy to move from job to job.

• Welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminium is possible.
• 4-wheel drive for stable feeding of the welding rod.
• Welding wire diameter: 0.8mm – 1.0mm – 1.2mm – 1.6mm.
• Welding coil of 5kg or 15kg can be fitted.
• PFC technology and thermally controlled fan.

Digital display on separate wire cabinet

• The multilingual (NL – FR – ENG) digital user interface takes you quickly to the right machine setting with minimal process knowledge.
• MIG SYN: choose the material, select the shielding gas, 2T or 4T function and sheet thickness. You’re ready to weld.
• MIG MAN: set the parameters manually via the 3 control buttons on the control panel.
• Choose the Gas before and after current yourself.
• The return button makes it easy to go back 1 step in the setting process.
• Select whether you want the unit to be water or gas-cooled. Thanks to the water flow contact, you can be sure that there is sufficient water flow in the torch.
• Memory function: 9 channels for storing the MIG parameters.
