Shipping & Delivery
So you’ve done your shopping; how long will it be before you can admire and use that beautiful device? Please note that every order at Cjays Lastechniek is prepared especially for you for shipment and that it sometimes takes 1-3 working days for the order to be complete before it is shipped.
Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
We ship your order on working days (Monday to Friday) with the exception of national holidays.
- Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your order shipped” email.
It is possible that your order, or part of your order, is not in stock with us. Then it may take a little longer for your products to be shipped.
We can, if you ask for this, send part of your order in advance, and send the part of your order that is in backorder as soon as it has arrived at us.
What are the shipping costs?
As soon as you enter your delivery address and the shipping method, your shipping costs will be calculated.
Can I track my order?
We rely on a worldwide network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and local postal services to get your order to your home as quickly as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is shipped by a trackable service, this information will be listed on your orders page and in the shipping email we send you.
